Praise and worship is imperative to renew a sense of intimacy with the Lord. In scripture, God called His people to love and worship Him far more often than He called them to activity. So come worship the Lord by lifting up and adorning the name of the Lord through song!

Our mission is to Glorify God, who has given us the highest revelation of Himself in the person of Jesus Christ. In glorifying God in our ministry of dance, we enter into worship, seeking to give fitting expression to the profound and dedicated commitment of our Lord Jesus Christ.

 

We base our ministry on the following Scriptures:

Psalm 150:4 Praise Him with the Timbrel and Dance

Ecclesiastes 3:4 A time to Dance

Lamentations 5:15 Turn for me my Mourning into Dancing.

 

We offer praise dance for all ages:

​

Young Men of Praise: Available for all Forest Avenue young men ages 5 years old and older.

Young Ladies of Praise: Available for all Forest Avenue young ladies ages 13 - 17.

Dancing Angels: Available to all Forest Avenue young girls ages 5 – 12.

- MISSION -

Cultivating our youth and adolescents to understand they have a choice when making valuable decisions in life. We will prepare them as they journey through life with a God driven mentality and an understanding of their purpose.

- WHO WE ARE -

​

Choices of Life Ministry is a 501 C3 non-profit mentoring program that meets monthly with a population from ages 7-20 to discuss topics that the youth and adolescents struggles with in life such as drugs, alcohol, sex, decision making, peer pressure, anger management, self-esteem, relationships, manipulation, teen pregnancy, attitude building, and etc. During the group session, we apply the biblical truth with scriptures per topic and encourage them to view each situation in God’s image.

 

Choices of Life is active in the community with evangelism and serving the low poverty community by volunteering at homeless shelters, such as Unity Park every quarterly and volunteering  with Buckner Home Foundation Shoes for the Orphans.

 

Choices of Life knows that each participant in the ministry have a purpose in life and through this ministry we work towards helping the youth seek God’s purpose for their life.
